    BOUGIE DAY PARTY ONLY TICKET - £10.00 - Includes entry only to the party & show with NO FOOD & NO DRINKS included. Drinks are available to purchase from the bar on the day, but food is not available to purchase. Please order a brunch ticket if you would like to eat as all food needs to be pre-ordered.

    1. We operate a 28-day refund policy. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher issued by Ticket Taylor to use on any event, in any city on any date. Refunds will only be considered 28 days or more before the date of the show. Under 28 days before the show, we regret that tickets are non-refundable or transferable, however, ticket holders who cannot attend are entitled to find someone else to attend in their place.



    2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.



    3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.



    4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, we will contact you to arrange a suitable reschedule for your booking. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.



    5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons. We always advise our customers to please bring ID.



    6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. Bottomless service starts at the designated time and will not be extended for late comers.



    7. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.



    8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.



    9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, Fabulous Beyond Productions, one of their authorised partners or sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.



    10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.



    11. The promoter, venue management and Fabulous Beyond Productions accept no responsibility for any personal property.



    12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.



    13. Smaller groups may be buddied up onto larger sharer tables. Day Party entry only tickets may be allocated to a different area of the venue to brunch tickets.



    14. Please note, if anyone appears to be overly intoxicated, then the venue reserves the right to limit the bottomless offer and service is subject to the rules & regulations of the venue. This is following licensing regulations, and we fully support responsible drinking. Please drink responsibly.



    15. It is the responsibility of the customer to fully check booking details on their booking confirmation to ensure accuracy. Any errors must be raised to requests@fabulousbeyondproductions.com within 48 hours of booking to be rectified free of charge. Tickets are non-transferrable.



    16. Fabulous Beyond Productions reserves the right to amend T&C's at any time.



    17. Our kitchens cannot 100% guarantee that there will not be very slight traces of gluten in gluten-free dishes. Whilst we follow all hygienic procedures & make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, we operate in a shared environment. If you have a very severe allergy, then please take the necessary precautions and make us aware ahead of time.

      We also travelled down to London last Saturday 2nd May to find the venue completely shut and no way of contacting the organisers to find out what was going on. We checked through our emails and there was no notification of moving venue. We have emailed requesting a refund with no response since.

      Hi Abigail, Thank you for your review. I’m a little confused as unfortunately we can’t seem to find any booking in our system under the name Abigail for Saturday 2nd May, and all tickets purchased for our event via DesignMyNight and Bottomless Brunch were checked in and attended. Would you mind confirming the full name the booking was made under, where the tickets were purchased, and who you’ve been emailing regarding this? At the moment, we’re unable to locate your booking details, so I’d really appreciate a little more information so we can properly look into this for you. Thank you :)

      Venue was beautiful, food average and there were only 3 cocktails available that were pre mixed and then shook up by the barmen that you had to go to the bar, order and collect yourself. For the 1st hour you need to buy cocktails which aren’t cheap. The queens were great but definitely seen better shows for cheaper. Totally overpriced for what you get.

      Hi Miranda, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, I really do appreciate it and always welcome any feedback so I can share it with the venue & help improve our events. Firstly, we’re so pleased to hear you enjoyed the queens and the venue itself, as creating a fun, high-energy atmosphere in a beautiful space is a huge part of what we aim to deliver. That said, I’m genuinely sorry to hear parts of your experience didn’t meet expectations :( Just to clarify a couple of points for transparency: our event is a 4-hour experience, with the bottomless drinks element running for 90 minutes within that time. This is clearly outlined on our ticketing and event pages, so I’m sorry if there was any confusion on the day regarding when drinks were included. Our bottomless package includes a selection of made to order cocktails alongside Prosecco. The cocktail menu is intentionally curated to three options which rotate regularly. While certain elements of the cocktails are indeed pre-prepared (for example, the coffee vodka base for espresso martinis or infused spirits & base mixes for other serves), the cocktails themselves are not pre-batched in full and are made to order at the bar. This allows us to balance quality with speed of service during busy bottomless times. During peak bottomless service, guests are asked to order directly from the bar to ensure efficient service for everyone. I’m also really sorry to hear the food felt average on your visit. I will feed this back to the venue and work closely with the kitchen on this and take feedback like this seriously, as it’s something we’re continuously reviewing and improving. In terms of value, we aim to deliver a full experience, including a 4-hour event, live performances, audience interaction, DJs, and a premium central London venue, but I completely understand that expectations can vary.
